The DISC Flow® Model – where knowledge and skill combine
Designed to be simple to understand and easy to apply, the DISC Flow® model takes the tried and tested DISC model and combines it with the power of Emotional Intelligence (EI).

The DISC model describes four styles of behaviour:

  1. The Dominance Style
    those who are direct goal oriented, competitive, decisive and strong-willed
  2. The Influence Style
    which are enthusiastic, energetic and adventurous, optimistic and inspirational
  3. The Steadiness Style
    those who are humble, patient, well-balanced, even-tempered and harmonious
  4. The Compliance Style
    who are analytical, accurate and perception seeking, sceptical and reserved.

DISC and Emotional Intelligence
DISC works hand-in-hand with Emotional Intelligence, to help you better understand how your people think and feel.

Self-awareness
The self-awareness domain of EI covers introspection: getting to the core of your thoughts, habits and personality.

Awareness of Others
Awareness of others incorporates empathy: being better at relating to how people around you feel and to be more receptive to their needs and emotions.

The DISCFLOW model combines DISC and EI to provide our clients with a more accurate method for understanding their employees and potential job applicants.
